Portal Notice: Sharing & Participant Options!

When submitting a request, you may see options to Share with others or add Request Participants. Here's how they work:

πŸ”’ Share with β†’
This controls who can view your entire request.

1. Share with No one β†’ Your request stays private.
2. Share with Your Organization β†’ Members of your organization can see the request in their portal view (which will trigger a notification to all members in your organization)

πŸ‘₯ Request Participants β†’
This works like Cc’ing someone on the ticket.
Participants will:

1. Receive email updates
2. Be able to reply to the request
3. Be included in the conversation thread
